This week, we celebrate the Ascension of Our Lord. It’s a day of fulfillment; of scripture, of promise, of forgiveness of sins, and of the risen Lord ascending to the Father in heaven. Just as the disciples were there to witness the Lord in his ascension, we too are witnesses to the ends of the earth, that Jesus Christ is risen.
